Yurii Sheliazhenko was at risk of imprisonment for supporting peace in Ukraine.
The judge recused himself on the grounds of having worked with Yurii some time before, so no hearing was held and no new penalties levied.
There is no new court date set. It is not clear whether this means there never will be.

So very glad to hear the promising news. Hopefully, there will be more important issues in Ukraine for this judge and others to decide. Thank you.
