We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

World BEYOND War provides chapters and affiliates with resources, trainings, and organizing support to amplify both online and offline events and campaigns for peace and justice.

At World BEYOND War we make use of all variety of media and communications production and engagement, creating video, audio, text, and graphic media, and interacting with media outlets large and small.

Today we interrupted a keynote speech by Canadian Minister of War Bill Blair to call out his complicity in the genocide in Gaza and demand an immediate arms embargo on Israel. #WorldBEYONDWar

Madison for a World BEYOND War has been very actively supporting the students’ Popular University for Gaza, asking UW-Madison to disclose investments and divest from investments in Israel. #WorldBEYONDWar

The president of Cuba expressed support today for nonviolent student activists in the United States, and an end to genocide in Gaza. #WorldBEYONDWar

The workers in Cuba raised their voices to reject the blockade and economic sanctions on Cuba. They also expressed their solidarity with the Palestinian people, calling for the genocide in Gaza to end. #WorldBEYONDWar

May day! May day! We raised young people to believe that genocide was wrong. We told them they had the right to free speech and assembly. We told them that lots of wars were somehow not genocidal . . . #WorldBEYONDWar

A webinar by DSA International Committee on NATO. #WorldBEYONDWar
I understand that wars and militarism make us less safe rather than protect us, that they kill, injure and traumatize adults, children and infants, severely damage the natural environment, erode civil liberties, and drain our economies, siphoning resources from life-affirming activities. I commit to engage in and support nonviolent efforts to end all war and preparations for war and to create a sustainable and just peace.
