World BEYOND War provides chapters and affiliates with resources, trainings, and organizing support to amplify both online and offline events and campaigns for peace and justice.

At World BEYOND War we make use of all variety of media and communications production and engagement, creating video, audio, text, and graphic media, and interacting with media outlets large and small.

We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

Reap What You Sow, Don’t Lose Heart by Jack Gilroy and Zool Zulkowitz is an excellent play in and of itself, but also as a catalyst for some very thoughtful discourse. #WorldBEYONDWar

The September 2026 RootsAction Education Fund Book Club features Dr. Sina Azodi discussing his book, Iran and the Bomb: The United States, Iran, and the Nuclear Question. #WorldBEYONDWar

The OSCE and the Helsinki Process have been perverted into a weapon of the West against the “East.” #WorldBEYONDWar

We strongly urge the conferees to reject Section 219/1217, as well as any legislation seeking to intertwine U.S. and Israeli defense or intelligence capabilities. #WorldBEYONDWar

On September 1, an American missile slammed into a home in the small Iranian fishing town of Kuhestak, along the Strait of Hormuz, where dozens of people had gathered to celebrate the wedding of a fisherman’s daughter. #WorldBEYONDWar

When the prospect of Ukraine joining NATO became a topic of discussion four years ago, most Japanese people viewed the alliance as irrelevant to Japan. However, there have been large shifts in the global landscape since then. #WorldBEYONDWar
I understand that wars and militarism make us less safe rather than protect us, that they kill, injure and traumatize adults, children and infants, severely damage the natural environment, erode civil liberties, and drain our economies, siphoning resources from life-affirming activities. I commit to engage in and support nonviolent efforts to end all war and preparations for war and to create a sustainable and just peace.
