Video: Shock and Awe: Episode 2

By Merchants of Death War Crimes Tribunal, March 5, 2024

This segment of the War Crimes Tribunal concludes the investigation of the tragic opening bombing campaign against Iraq known as Shock and Awe, a military campaign that presaged the brutal attacks on Fallujah and Mosul and the rest of the Iraqi countryside over the next two decades. Those war crimes will be investigated in upcoming video segments.

  1. Good work Kathy. I passed on the video link with this comment:

In the first few minutes of the video Kathy points out that the US carried out more than 20,000 air attacks on Iraq, or as she rightly puts it, ‘on the Iraqi people,’ largely in an effort to overthrow Saddam Hussein. She does not mention, and perhaps does not know, that the US CIA installed Hussein in power in 1979, after seeing to it that a socialist president was executed by a firing squad. In these bombings Iraq’s electrical grid, water purification plants and other life-support infrastructure was destroyed.
Kathy is pointing out how our MIC corporations, Boeing, Lockheed-Martin and Ratheon are making these weapons to slaughter human beings. They produce very sophisticated, high-tech weapons specifically to kill people. Personally I do not see where these corporations are the problem. The problem is the American people, and their inevitable evolutionary/biological proclivity to favor themselves in all circumstances, even while committing genocide. The only way through this evolutionary dead end is love/empathy/intelligence, but these qualities the human brain are currently stuck in the birth canal.
