call for dismantling UN security Council because it violates (i) the fundamental principle of the UN- the sovereign equality of states (ii) it is an affirmative action programme for nuclear weapons states and (iii) its support for a war is the only time a war is deemed legal
in 1976, at habitat 1, all states agreed to the following;
the waste and misuse of funds on militarism must end there should be complete disarmament and the funds thus released be used for the benefit of humanity
