At World BEYOND War we make use of all variety of media and communications production and engagement, creating video, audio, text, and graphic media, and interacting with media outlets large and small.

We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

World BEYOND War provides chapters and affiliates with resources, trainings, and organizing support to amplify both online and offline events and campaigns for peace and justice.

World BEYOND War is saying farewell and thank you to our wonderful Board President of the past seven years Leah Bolger, and excitedly welcoming as our new Board President a long-time member of our Advisory Board Kathy Kelly.

The Culture of Militarism is one of the most ominous threats in the 21st Century, and with the advancement of technology, the threat grows larger and more imminent. With more than 750 military bases in at least 80 countries as of 2021, the United States of America, which has the largest military in the world, is one the major contributors of the world’s climate crisis.
I understand that wars and militarism make us less safe rather than protect us, that they kill, injure and traumatize adults, children and infants, severely damage the natural environment, erode civil liberties, and drain our economies, siphoning resources from life-affirming activities. I commit to engage in and support nonviolent efforts to end all war and preparations for war and to create a sustainable and just peace.
