Illinois for a World BEYOND War hosted this event on July 25 with Marione Ingram, a Holocaust survivor, vocal critic of Israel’s assault on Gaza, Mississippi Freedom School worker, and lifetime peace advocate. She and her husband Daniel protested outside the White House and were featured twice on Democracy Now! for this. She spoke about the urgency to find non-violent ways to resolve human conflicts.
