A billboard like this one in Milwaukee will soon be up in St. Louis:
Actually, it will be just across the river from downtown St. Louis and the big arch, at the south side of Interstates 55/70/64 at Collinsville Ave. and Martin Luther King Drive, facing east-bound traffic, from November 2 to November 29, 2020.
