Jonathan Alan King has let me know that Massachusetts Peace and Justice Network has worked to have bills introduced into the State Legislature, addressing war and peace issues.
The only one I have any details on is a bill for divestment from nuclear weapons. Here is the text, which may be helpful to others. Here is an upcoming webinar that will discuss this.
