World BEYOND War provides chapters and affiliates with resources, trainings, and organizing support to amplify both online and offline events and campaigns for peace and justice.

We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

At World BEYOND War we make use of all variety of media and communications production and engagement, creating video, audio, text, and graphic media, and interacting with media outlets large and small.

Chicago pension funds are currently invested in massive weapons manufacturers. But community investments are not only better political options, they make more financial sense.

Our town is home to Wall Street, the conduit of this industry of continuous war, the profiteers of the weapons of mass extinction, the channel of the great and present threat of future generations existence. Fortunately the city has concerned leaders who are pushing back.

From April 21st to 28th crowds and small groups of people in locations around the world have brought petitions, banners, and posters to the offices of the world’s largest weapons dealer, Lockheed Martin.
