We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

We educate both about and for the abolition of war. We engage in formal education as well as every variety of informal and participatory education interwoven in our activism and media work.

World BEYOND War provides chapters and affiliates with resources, trainings, and organizing support to amplify both online and offline events and campaigns for peace and justice.

At World BEYOND War we make use of all variety of media and communications production and engagement, creating video, audio, text, and graphic media, and interacting with media outlets large and small.

This week on Talk World Radio, we are welcoming back Alfred de Zayas, who is a law professor at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and served as a United Nations Independent Expert on International Order from 2012 to 2018. #WorldBEYONDWar

World BEYOND War’s John Miksad joined with Jewish Voices for Peace in New Haven, Connecticut on the International Day of Peace for a pedaling for peace bike ride. #WorldBEYONDWar

The Madison, Wisc., chapter of World BEYOND War held a 12-mile walk for peace around lake Monona on the International Day of Peace, and also walked in a neighborhood parade, with a big Stop Arming Israel contingent of about 200. #WorldBEYONDWar

The International Court of Justice affirmed the need to cut ties with the unlawful occupation. Sanctions cannot be avoided, including on Israel, on individuals, and on businesses doing business with a genocidal regime. #WorldBEYONDWar
I understand that wars and militarism make us less safe rather than protect us, that they kill, injure and traumatize adults, children and infants, severely damage the natural environment, erode civil liberties, and drain our economies, siphoning resources from life-affirming activities. I commit to engage in and support nonviolent efforts to end all war and preparations for war and to create a sustainable and just peace.
