The National Coordinator of Social Movements and Organizations in favor of Human Rights, Development and Peace of El Salvador (CONAMODES) calls on the Salvadoran people to remember the causes that originated the armed conflict in our country, and to compare them in the current one. context.
We denounce the dark intentions of the Government in ignoring the signing of the Peace Agreements in our country and we warn of the insistence on eroding peace by ignoring their signing, the signing of the peace agreements gave way to ending the dictatorship military and reformed the constitution to lay the foundations for democratic spaces, from non-violence, a culture of just and sustainable peace, etc. The emergency regime is an abusive measure and violates internationally recognized human rights. The authoritarian militaristic and warlike policies of the current government are deteriorating the living conditions of the majority.
We repudiate mass arrests as a repressive policy of quotas and not national security, torture and crimes against humanity in prisons that have left a total of 200 people dead to date. We demand the reestablishment of the constitutional order of law, the freedom of political prisoners, innocent victims of the emergency regime. From March 27, 2022 to December 2023, there are 75,163 arrests, this data contains 16,411 women, 1,600 minors, where 7,000 have been released on conditional release, that is, continuing their process under alternative measures. El Salvador registers 10,144 forced disappearances, 146 union members fired, 38 managers suspended, data includes women, more than 20,301 workers arbitrarily dismissed, we condemn that more than 100,000 girls and boys are currently in conditions of orphanhood, vulnerability, unprotected by the Salvadoran state and What if this serious situation is made invisible, the aforementioned in the midst of a humanitarian food crisis.
The deterioration of the economic conditions of the Salvadoran population, the high cost of living, the basic basket is more than 40% ALARMED. El Salvador is already on the lists of countries in FAMRUNE.
We reject the establishment of military fences since we identify it as a measure in the communities of political persecution, criminalization and siege, mainly of the leaders of social movements and organizations.
We strongly and categorically reject the rapes of girls by the Armed Forces of El Salvador.
We call on the Salvadoran people and the international community to turn on all ALERTS AND TO BE VIGILANT OF THIS RETREAT AND SERIOUS CONTEXT.
CONAMODES declares itself in defense of the territories, especially of Salvadoran children in the countryside and the city, the sovereignty, democracy and self-determination of the Salvadoran people, of collective human rights and mainly in defense of PEACE IN OUR COUNTRY.
WE URGENTLY DEMAND THE UNITED NATIONS TO CREATE A TRUTH COMMISSION AND INVESTIGATE THE VIOLATIONS TO THE PEACE AGREEMENTS SIGNED UNDER THEIR AUSPICES. To discredit, minimize, ignore the signing of the peace agreements is to ignore the heroic and historical struggle of the Salvadoran people.

EN EL MARCO DE LA CONMEMORACIÓN DE LOS 32 AÑOS DE LA FIRMA DE LOS ACUERDOS DE PAZ EN EL SALVADOR.
La Coordinadora Nacional de Movimientos y Organizaciones Sociales en pro de los Derechos Humanos, el Desarrollo y la Paz de El Salvador (CONAMODES) hace un llamado al pueblo salvadoreño a recordar las causas que originaron el conflicto armado en nuestro país, y a compararlas en el actual contexto.
Denunciamos las oscuras intenciones del Gobierno en desconocer la firma de los Acuerdos de Paz en nuestro país y alertamos la insistencia en erosionar la paz con el hecho de desconocer la firma de los mismos, la firma de los acuerdos de paz dio paso a finalizar la dictadura militar y reformo la constitución para sentar bases para los espacios democráticos, desde la no violencia, una cultura de paz justa y sostenible etc. El régimen de excepción es una medida abusiva y violatoria a los derechos humanos internacionalmente reconocidos. Las políticas autoritaritas militaristas y guerreristas del gobierno en turno están deteriorando las condiciones de vida de las mayorías.
Repudiamos las capturas masivas como política represiva de cuotas y no de seguridad nacional, las torturas y crímenes de lesa humanidad en prisiones que dejan a la fecha un total de 200 personas fallecidas. Exigimos se reestablezca el orden constitucional de derecho, la libertad de las(o) presos políticos, víctimas inocentes del régimen de excepción. Desde el 27 de marzo 2022 a diciembre 2023 contabiliza 75,163 detenciones este dato contiene a 16,411 mujeres, 1,600 menores de edad donde 7,000 han sido puestas en libertad condicional, es decir continuar su proceso bajo medidas alternas. El Salvador registra 10,144 desapariciones forzadas, 146 sindicalistas despedidos, 38 directivos suspendidos dato incluye mujeres, más de 20,301 trabajadores despedidos arbitrariamente, condenamos que más de 100,000 niñas(o) actualmente se encuentren en condiciones de orfandad, vulnerabilidad, desprotegidos por el estado salvadoreño y que si invisibilice esta grave situación, lo anterior mencionado en medio de una crisis humanitaria alimentaria.
ALARMA el deterioro de las condiciones económicas de la población salvadoreña, el alto costo de la vida, la canasta básica está a más del 40%. El Salvador ya se encuentra en los listados de países en HAMBRUNA.
Rechazamos el establecimiento de cercos militares ya que identificamos es una medida en las comunidades de persecución política, criminalización y asedio, principalmente a los lideres y lideresas de movimientos y organizaciones sociales.Repugnamos enérgica y categóricamente las violaciones a niñas por parte de la Fuerza Armada de El Salvador.
Llamamos al pueblo salvadoreño y a la comunidad internacional a encender todas las ALERTAS Y A ESTAR VIGILANTES DE ESTE RETROCESO Y GRAVE CONTEXTO.
CONAMODES se declara en defensa de los territorios, en especial de la niñez salvadoreña en el campo y la ciudad, la soberanía, la democracia y autodeterminación del pueblo salvadoreño, de los derechos colectivos humanos y principalmente en defensa de la PAZ EN NUESTRO PAIS.
EXIGIMOS CON URGENCIA A LAS NACIONES UNIDAS LA CREACIÓN DE UNA COMISIÓN DE LA VERDAD Y QUE INVESTIGUE LOS ATROPELLOS A LOS ACUERDOS DE PAZ, FIRMADOS BAJO SUS AUSPICIOS. Desacreditar minimizar ignorar la firma de los acuerdos de paz es desconocer la lucha heroica e histórica del pueblo salvadoreño.
