Raphael Nkurunziza is a young peacebuilder and youth trainer from Burundi. He works for Youth Empowerment and Leadership Initiative (YELI- Burundi), a non-profit youth led-initiative that empowers young people on issues that affect their lives for positive change, peace and prosperity in Burundi.

Matías Lara is a peacebuilder and Co-Director at The 50 Percent.. He is also Co-Founder at JuventudesXLaPaz a youth-led network working in peacebuilding in LATAM.

Moses Abolade

Peace Education and Practice Network (PEPNET)

Peacebuilding facilitator and manager who creates content, facilitates training and manage peacebuilding programmes in Nigeria. He has designed and facilitated more than 15 peacebuilding programmes impacting 3000+ beneficiaries who are young people, vulnerable groups, potential and skilled peacebuilders. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Peace Education and Practice Network (PEPNET), and ell known for designing and facilitating peace-related content on televisions and radio (and other media platforms) in Nigeria.

Anniela (Anni) Carracedo

Rotary, World BEYOND War

Anniela “Anni” Carracedo is a 21-year-old Venezuelan student and activist for peacebuilding and youth empowerment. Anni is an alumna of Rotary Youth Programs and serves as the co-chair for the Inaugural Youth Advisory Council in Rotary International. She’s a World BEYOND War board member, RAGFP social media committee member, and alumna of the Peace Education and Action for Impact.

Kristina Gadze

Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC)

Kristina Gadže is a journalist who focuses on human rights, post-conflict society and gender stereotypes. She has a master's degree in journalism and informatics/informatics at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Mostar. She has also implemented several projects regarding topics such as peacebuilding, women's rights and dealing with the past.

Igweshi Augustine is a peace advocate, youth organizer, social entrepreneur, development and peacebuilding practitioner with over 10 years' experience in promoting and advancing sustainable peace and development. Igweshi currently serves as the Executive Director at the Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development (CEPASD) where he leads his team in designing and implementing programs on peacebuilding, youth development, UN SDGs and AU Agenda 2063 for African development.

Ene Mary Audu

Ene Mary Audu is a graduate of Law from the University of Jos, with an enthusiasm for Peace Advocacy, Human and Societal Development and Good Governance. She has gained professional experiences in Law, policy and Legal Advocacy, peacebuilding, community outreach/engagement through her works and Volunteering activities with various NGOs and CSOs.

Phill Gittins, PhD

World BEYOND War

Phill Gittins, PhD, is World BEYOND War’s Education Director, a Rotary Peace Fellow, Positive Peace Activator, and KAICIID Fellow. He has over 20 years of leadership, programming, and analysis experience in the areas of peace, education, youth and community development, and psychotherapy.
