Peace on Earth should come first before political ambitions.
Here is a collection of international treaties that make wars and even the threat of war illegal, national constitutions that make wars and various activities that facilitate wars illegal, and laws that make killing illegal with no exceptions for the use of missiles or the scale of the slaughter
Eastern Europe suffers from political violence and armed conflicts within and between societies because of the post-Soviet paradigm of military patriotic upbringing which produces obedient conscripts rather than responsible citizens and voters.
We should learn that lesson. Taxpayers can’t expect peace when they continue to pay bills sent by merchants of death. During all elections and budgeting procedures, politicians and other decision-makers should hear loud demands of people: stop feeding the beast!
