So far I do not see Conflict Resolution methods and Listening Circles included in your efforts. There are places that teach peaceful Conflict Resolution where dialogue between people on both sides involves listening and understanding each others points of view and so coming to a mutual peaceful resolution. Maybe you would like to check out places that teach these Conflict Resolution methods.
