While Israel resorts to bombing the Gaza Strip, and ignores the calls of the international community, entities such as the United Nations, and world leaders, the peoples of the world are mobilizing and raising their voices to demand an end to this genocide against the Palestinian people.
During the last week, the Colombian movement of solidarity with Palestine has organized multiple activities, some of them framed within the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, as well as other mobilization actions that have been called by popular organizations.
The Bogota chapter participated in the day of painting a mural for Palestine on May 28, where several movements and organizations participated in order to express through art and painting their voice of rejection of the ethnocide that is taking place in the Gaza Strip.
Also during the activities, a banner was painted to demand that Colombia stop trading coal with Israel, as part of the initiatives to prevent the continuation of the ongoing systematic genocide by Israel since October 2023.
The Embassy of Palestine in Colombia, organized the day of a day without eating for Gaza, so that the Colombian people joined voluntarily, with the aim of denouncing the siege and hindrance to enter humanitarian aid to Gaza, and as a voice of denunciation against the terrible famine facing the Palestinian people as a result of not allowing the entry of food and basic goods to alleviate the complex situation in the country, this event was attended by the coordinator of the chapter in Bogota Stefania Gomez.
As part of the day, a march in solidarity with Palestine was organized in the center of the city of Bogota, where several organizations and movements of the platforms in solidarity with Palestine in Colombia were present, members of the chapter attended this action, to call for progress in an energy embargo against Israel to stop once and for all the death of more than 50,000 people.
Capítulo en Bogotá participa activamente en la solidaridad con Palestina.

Mientras Israel recurre los bombardeos a la franja de Gaza, y omite los llamados de la comunidad internacional, de entidades como Naciones Unidas, y de lideres mundiales, los pueblos del mundo se movilizan y alzan su voz para pedir que se detenga este genocidio contra el pueblo Palestino.
Durante la última semana el movimiento colombiano de solidaridad con Palestina, ha organizado múltiples actividades algunas de ellas enmarcadas en el movimiento Boicot, Desinversión y Sanciones (BDS), así como otras acciones de movilización que han sido convocadas por las organizaciones populares.
El capítulo de Bogotá, participó en la jornada de pinta de un mural por Palestina el pasado 28 de Mayo, donde acudieron varios movimientos y organizaciones con el objetivo de plasmar con el arte y la pintura su voz de rechazo frente al etnocidio que se está viviendo en la franja de Gaza.
También durante las actividades se realizó una pinta de un banner para pedir que Colombia, deje de comercializar carbón con Israel, cómo parte de las iniciativas para impedir que se mantenga el actual genocidio continuado y sistemático desde Octubre del 2023 por parte de Israel.
La Embajada de Palestina en Colombia, organizó la jornada de un día sin comer por Gaza, para que el pueblo colombiano se sumara voluntariamente, con el objetivo de denunciar el cerco y obstaculización para que ingrese la ayuda humanitaria a Gaza, y como una voz de denuncia frente a la terrible hambruna que enfrenta el pueblo palestino cómo consecuencia de que no permitan el ingreso de alimentos, y enseres básicos para palear la compleja situación que se vive en el país, a este evento asistió la coordinadora del capítulo en Bogotá Stefania Gómez.
Cómo parte de la jornada se organizó una marcha en solidaridad con Palestina, en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, donde se hicieron presentes varias organizaciones y movimientos de las plataformas en solidaridad con Palestina en Colombia, a esta acción acudieron miembros del capítulo, para pedir que se avance en un embargo energético contra Israel para que se detenga de una vez por todas la muerte de más de 50.000 personas.
