Canada is a major weapons dealer, purchaser, and war participant, exporting over $200 million in weapons to every type of government and itself spending over $20 billion (and about $600 for every Canadian person) on militarism every year. Canada is a reliable partner in U.S. and NATO wars and maintains its own imperial bases in Jamaica, Germany, Senegal, and Kuwait. Canada is a hold-out on signing the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
