All over the world ZIM Shipping is facing protests because it is bringing arms and ammunition for Israel’s slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza.
ZIM has no place in any New Zealand port.
We are asking New Zealand port companies to deny port facilities to ZIM Shipping vessels or those contracted to ZIM Shipping.
ZIM Shipping is complicit in the slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza.
Zim ships are bringing arms and ammunitions to Israel to be used in Israel’s genocidal war against Palestinian civilians. Since the recent outbreak of violence the ZIM Shipping CEO Eli Glickman pledged that the company’s ships “will be directed as a first priority, to transfer cargo from anywhere in the world to Israel according to the requirements of the needs of the Ministry of Defence and the government of Israel.”
To date Israel has killed more than 24,000 Palestinians—on a population basis this is the equivalent of 50,000 New Zealanders!
South Africa has taken a case of genocide against Israel to the International Court of Justice. The words of Israeli leaders and the actions of the Israeli armed forces have been described as a “textbook case of genocide”.Israel is implicated in myriad war crimes in Gaza which include collective punishment of civilians, withholding food, water, fuel and electricity from the civilian population, carpet bombing of civilian areas with the inevitable huge civilian death toll.
Malaysia has banned ZIM vessels from its ports—New Zealand port companies should do the same!

Thank you for standing up against genocide. What a shame that so many have turned a blind eye to these war crimes against innocent and helpless people.
Thank you for demonstrating. We need to keep standing up for human rights for all people. Fairness can promote peace-unlike bombing and starving people.
