Time to Stop Attacking Yemen

Saudi Arabia’s murder of one man has generated the outrage that the Saudi/U.S.-led murder of tens of thousands in Yemen had not.

We now need to tell governments everywhere on earth to prosecute, not protect, warmaking countries and to end the weapons trade.

If you are in the United States, contact Congress here.

Honoring a War Profiteer?

Thousands of petitions have been sent to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to urge it NOT to honor BlackRock CEO Larry Fink with a humanitarian award at its November 1 awards gala. BlackRock is notorious as the world’s top investment firm profiting from weapons, violence, and war. Join us in telling IRC that there’s nothing humanitarian or honorable about war profiteering! Are you in the New York City area? We’re staging a People’s Humanitarian Awards outside IRC’s gala on November 1 at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel in Manhattan.

World Service Authority: The world citizenship movement, which now numbers over 1,000,000 world citizens, was sparked by Garry Davis after WWII. Humiliated by his role as a bomber pilot in the war, Davis declared himself a world citizen, founded the World Service Authority (WSA), and refused to conform to the idea that any person must maintain national citizenship when nationhood is inextricably linked to violence, suspicion, hatred, and war. When you sign up for a  World Passport, you help support the work of World Service Authority – which provides pro bono legal advocacy and documentation assistance to refugees – plus 20% of the proceeds go to World BEYOND War.

Spread the word. Build the movement. Bring World BEYOND War signup sheets on clipboards to all events. Join your local chapter or work with us to form new chapters.
