WE MUST HAVE REAL CHANGE!!! NO OBAMA 2.0, NO OBAMA 3.O!!!
I’m not a “supporter of militarism,” but all of the logic and reasoning won’t convince me that the U.S. had any alternative but to take the course it did, in WW II. Nazi Germany declared war on the U.S., three days after the Pearl Harbor attack. At that time, the U.S. had an army about the size of Romania’s. A victory in the war by the Axis powers would have plunged the world into a new Dark Age. The Allies defeated evil regimes.
Odd that we’ve gotten this comment so very many times, and not a single time from anyone who’s read the book.
