Dear {{ FirstName | title_case | default: “Friend” }},
Military spending is setting new records. Organized murder is being normalized in new ways. Those working nonviolently for peace are encountering new obstacles. This year we’ve had a bank account shut down, a chapter organizer assaulted by police, a staff person arrested in their home, and a number of staff and board members put in danger.
But we go on educating and organizing, persuading more and more people to work for peace, persuading more institutions to divest from war, exposing more lies about weapons shipments to the light of day, exposing the crime of war to more shame and condemnation.
One thing that keeps us going is the solidarity of all who take part from around the world in online events. See videos of recent events and how to sign up for new ones below.
