WBW News & Action: Film Festival for Nonviolent Action

Save the date for World BEYOND War’s Virtual Film Festival to celebrate the International Day of Peace this September! Over the span of three Saturdays (September 4th, 11th, and 18th) – from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, we will be screening a series of powerful films to expose the impact of the war machine and the efficacy of nonviolence. Each screening will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers and special guests. Stay tuned for more details!

Sign our petition to the 26th UN Climate summit planned for Glasgow in November. We encourage groups and individuals to organize events to advance this message on or about the International Day of Peace during Climate Week, September 21, 2021, as well as on or about the big day of action in Glasgow on November 4, 2021.
