This month’s live online JFK Peace Speech Committee event features long time peace activist Alice Slater, Board Member of World BEYOND War. The first half-hour of the event is a screening of JFK’s June 10, 1963 ‘peace speech’ at American University. Then Alice presents her thoughts relating our current situation here in the U.S. to JFK’s iconic and still relevant speech. Following that, a lively and valuable conversation ensues.
