Papua New Guinea has outstanding claims for long-overdue compensation for environmental destruction resulting from U.S. military operations during World War II, including the debris that still congests the coastal seaways and oceans. Papua New Guinea needs to be paid for past damage before the U.S. does more damage, much less uses this peaceful place to help start a war with China!
