Individuals & organizations around the world are invited to sponsor the #NoWar2022 Conference! Sponsorship includes a variety of perks, such as ad space in the program and virtual expo booth space at the event. Sponsors are prominently thanked on the event website, program, and other event materials.

All donation levels are listed in USD. Sponsors receive goods and services in exchange for their support. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your sponsorship. Thank you for your support!

Sponsor Tiers:

Virtual expo booths are an opportunity for organizations to showcase their products, services, events, and campaigns. Booths include the option for live chat and live video sessions to interact with conference participants. Additionally, in the booth, attendees can view videos and images, as well as download PDF files to learn more about the booth representative’s work.

Sponsor booths come in 3 different sizes: silver, gold, and platinum. The higher the sponsorship level, the more prominent the booth is in the expo area. Additionally, the higher the tier, the more simultaneous sessions can happen within a booth. 

  • Silver: 1 session in the booth
  • Gold: Up to 2 simultaneous sessions in the booth
  • Platinum: Up to 4 simultaneous sessions in the booth


Program Ad Specs: The event program will be a high-resolution color PDF that all conference attendees receive. Ads should be sized according to the dimensions below:

  • 1/4 page (2.5″ across x 4″ high)
  • 1/2 page (5″ across x 4″ high)
  • Full page (5″ across x 8″ high)
  • 3 conference tickets
  • 1/4 page program ad (2.5″ across x 4″ high)

  • platinum-level virtual expo booth
  • up to 5 images displayed in the sponsors section of the conference
  • sponsor chat feature (sponsor can chat directly with attendees in the event lobby)
  • sponsorship of a conference session (sponsor branding appears on the session)
  • listing on conference website and event program
