Veterans for Pearce, Chapter 27, declared the Gandhi Mahal Restaurant, Minneapolis as a Peace Site. Veterans for Peace, members of WAMM (Women Against Military Madness), the Minneapolis Anti-War Committee and friends dedicated to peace filled the room at the unusual Minneapolis restaurant, Gandhi Mahal, to designate the restaurant a Peace Site.
