Literally, best trip I ever had was to Cuba. Best people, best weather, best music, terrific. And this was even though people were poor and without a lot of the ‘stuff’ that we seem to need. And they seemed to be free to speak their mind.
And the really odd thing was that they loved everything American. It is just bizarre that the U.S. can’t see this. The Cubans just want to be left alone to run their own society and government the way they want, and then they would be best friends and allies of the U.S.
