STOP USING Our Tax Dollars to fund Genocide and Oppression in the U.S. and Abroad
By Taxpayers Against Genocide and many organizations including World BEYOND War, March 31, 2026
We, the undersigned organizations and individuals, commit to developing a mass movement across the United States demanding an end to the use of our tax dollars to fund genocide and empire once and for all. We will no longer stand by and allow US officials to operate with impunity.
We pledge to work together to hold US officials criminally accountable for genocide and other crimes against humanity. As one step towards developing this mass movement, we pledge to organize and participate in nationwide coordinated protests on April 15, 2026, “Tax Day”. These protests will occur in cities and towns across the country at sites (e.g. IRS offices, weapons companies etc.) to be determined by local organizers.
With this pledge of action, we affirm these following points of unity:
● We affirm our clear understanding that public tax dollars should be used for essential human needs such as health care, education, housing, and for the overall well-being of Earth and all its inhabitants.
● We are deeply angered by our government’s misuse of billions of taxpayer dollars to wage war and commit genocide abroad and oppress, jail, deport and kill our friends and family members at home. From ICE to the IDF, we say no more!
● We acknowledge our complicity and responsibility, as taxpayers of the U.S., in perpetuating this violence, harm and instability as long as our government continues this course.
● We, as individuals and organizations, pledge to do everything within our power to elevate public awareness and advocate for a fundamental shift in how our collective resources are used.
● We insist that our money must go toward building a future for generations to come grounded in justice, peace and hope, rather than in fear and destruction.
● We pledge our support to this call for awareness and responsible stewardship of public resources, and we commit to standing with others who believe that our tax dollars should serve life, dignity, and the future of generations to come.
● We pledge to make Tax Day (April 15) a day of coordinated protests across the US in which we project to the world that we reject our government’s use of its power to harm people around the world. We will NOT be silent, not now, not ever.

No more tax dollars for war
No money for the bankrupt king
Why did we attack Iran when they posed no credible threat to the U.S. ? And why are we sending massive shipments of weapons to Israel? They practiced genocide in Gaza, and are now destroying Lebanon! Yes
I support the intent of this pledge-tax dollars should not be spent on unnecessary wars and genocidal campaigns.
No more funds for military industrial corporations.
The USA is complicit in Genocide in the Ukraine and Gaza. Congress needs to get its head out of the sand and stop engaging in and funding both genocides. Now add to that Iran.
Our democracy created to support the people ,
Tax moneys meant for peoples health care, not industry,
Public schools , truthful education, keeping our history intact
Public transportation
Environmental safety
Civil liberties
Our tax moneys never meant for wars and killings .
Tax the rich!
End endless wars ; all wars made of lies to “ benefit “ politicians, not people
Wars are clear examples of resentments and inability to reason .
STOP USING Our Tax Dollars to fund Genocide and Oppression in the U.S. and Abroad.
It is insanity to support genocide abroad and at home! No more of our tax dollars should fund this death sentence! Taxes are to be used for the good of its people.
No more of my tax dollars for war, genocide nor bombing of boats in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean.
